About this villa rental
A corner unit Townhouse, a short walk away from the Hunter Slopes. Luxurious hotel style accommodations, stunning views of the Mountains, spacious open concept kitchen/LR/game room, mudroom with plenty storage space for all your gear and equipment. Infrared SAUNA. Infinity arcade GAMING TABLE. Second floor offers 2 bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds and full bathroom in the hallway. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, a twin size bunkbed and a full ensuite bathroom. Up to 6adults OR 8total with kids.
Corner unit with a balcony, lots of natural lights and Mountain Views from every window. Very short walk to a private passage to the ski slopes. Ski and snowboard locker. Spacious mudroom with tons of storage space.
FIRST LEVEL:
Living room with smart tv, cable Spectrum app and box, Infinity digital tabletop GAMING board. Large sectional sofa, fireplace , CAC, dining table for 8.
Fully stocked kitchen, popcorn, snacks, cocoa, coffee, tea, spices, waffle mix, waffle maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, blender, drip and k-cup coffee maker, electric kettle, espresso pot, washer and dryer. We also provide complementary slippers for our guests.
UPPER LEVEL :
* 🛌 bedroom #1 with 2 queen beds, Egyptian sateen cotton sheets, smart tv, Spectrum box.
Full bathroom with bath/shower combo.
* 🛌 bedroom #2 with king bed, twin size bunk bed, egyptian sateen cotton sheets, smart tv, Spectrum app subscription, pack’n play, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
1 person infrared SAUNA !!!
Walking distance to the lake, playground, tennis/ pickleball/basketball courts, and the Main Street. Few minutes drive to shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation while staying at this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and ready/easy to use, quick access to the mountain and beautiful views surrounding you everywhere you look. The sauna was a very nice touch especially after many long days of skiing. This place was perfect for a quiet, comfortable mountain getaway.

Wonderful host. Communicated all necessary information ahead of our stay. A beautiful condo that was exactly as described.I wondered how close it was to the slopes, as walking definitely feels farther when wearing ski boots. I appreciated finding it on Google's map that showed how it was the second building back from the snow. I estimate 250 yards. When booking, I wished it were one of the buildings a little higher up, but when I actually got to skiing, I was glad it was the set closest to the bottom. Everyone staying on East Mountain will have a little traverse to get over to the main base area. On the return trip, you can ski down to the beginner lift, and it will take you high enough to ski back home. If you have one of the higher you need to take the beginner lift and then an intermediate lift both to not hike up hill. I noticed that on weekdays that lift shuts down earlier. We were able to ski till closing and just make sure we got on the beginner lift by 4pm. In the house we loved the areas just inside the door to take off and leave ski boots with the ski locker next to the front door. Also they had a great place to hang up all the coats and ski pants before taking the steps into the main living area.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, from a coffee maker that will do drip or K-cups, to the waffle maker, to kids' bowls and cups.The upper level was wonderful too.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. it is the right size for us and it is very close to the ski mountain.Very nice and friendly owner. Great communication.House is cleaning and has everything what you need.Highly recommended for anyone.
