> Basement: Bedroom with 3 single beds and a skylight. Access to the garage and ski storage room.

Whether it’s the close proximity to the Flégère ski lift (a fantastic south-facing ski resort connected to Le Brévent), the golf course, or the walking access to the most beautiful walks and hikes in the Chamonix Valley—you’ll find it hard to leave! Les Praz, with its lively bar and café, organic grocery store, sports and rental shops, and restaurants, offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation.
For kids, skiing, sledding, and cross-country skiing in winter are all within walking distance between Les Praz, the village of Les Bois, and Les Tines (everything is a 15-minute walk). The heliport, home to the Dragon and Chouka helicopters—always ready to rescue mountaineers—is a real hit with the kids! In the summer, Le Paradis des Praz offers horseback riding, slides, and a refreshment stand. Bike trails and forest walks are sure to keep them busy, in addition to all the activities and events organized in Chamonix by the sports center, the guide company, and the ski school.
2 parking spaces on the property, one in the garage and the other outdoors. For travelers without a car, you’ll appreciate the proximity (400 m) to the Praz de Chamonix train station (Mont Blanc Express), allowing you to explore the valley in the most authentic way possible. As for the bus, the terminus of Line 1 is just a few steps away. An ideal location to enjoy the area without needing your car.
Easy access to the Grands Montets ski area (10 min), Argentières (10 min), Le Tour (15 min), Les Houches (15 min), and of course Chamonix (5 min by car and 20 min on foot along a tree-lined path beside the Arve River)—all of which are lit at night, in both summer and winter.
Megève, St. Gervais, Italy, and Switzerland are a 45-minute drive away for a day trip. Allow 1 hour and 15 minutes for Annecy and Geneva.
