This modern and quietly located 3-room semi-detached home, spanning approximately 82 m², can accommodate up to four guests and is ideal for families or couples who value comfort and relaxation. On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area with a cozy sitting area, a large dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for cooking and dining together. The living area is equipped with a 49-inch TV and Blu-ray player, ensuring cozy evenings in a comfortable atmosphere.

Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and a second, smaller bedroom with two single beds. The modern bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower. In addition, a separate guest restroom on the first floor makes your stay especially pleasant.

The finished basement with a ping-pong table provides entertainment in any weather. An adjoining laundry room with a washer and dryer makes even longer stays particularly comfortable. The outdoor area features a covered southeast-facing terrace with a beach chair and a comfortable seating area—a lovely spot for breakfast or relaxation. Two parking spaces right next to the house, as well as a lockable bike shed, round out the amenities.

The location is excellent: You’re just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, so you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air undisturbed at any time and spend the day by the water.
