Location is good, apartment is spacious, kitchen is new
The terrace was completely unuseable as there was broken glass and rubbish bags with rubbish spilling out of them which was disgusting. There was no table tennis table as suggested in the listing. The entry to the building is unsecure (no lock on the door so anyone could enter from the street), bags of rotting rubbish and building materials scattered around, stains all over walls and floors, peeling plaster, broken glass. On our second day there was vomit in the entry hall which stank for rest of the stay. There is also no light in the entry and a cracked step which was dangerous. The kids were scared to return there at night. When we arrived we were told one shower didnt work. A representative came to change the shower head the next day but it was still not possible to fix the shower head to the wall. The other shower leaked and flooded the other bathroom. Towels were all damp on arrival. All round the apartment are empty boxes, half finished or partly broken items (front door lock, broken light fittings, dangerous exposed wiring, a broken exposed pipe poking into one of the mattresses, dirty windows, poorly finished painting, no bedside lights). The owners agreed to let us shorten our stay by 1 night and offered to refund 50 EUR, which was inadequate. They did not collaborate properly in fixing issues during the stay and when we complained to them and booking.com, their tone changed from friendly to hostile then to completely ignoring all communication. This could be a nice accommodation but we did not feel safe or comfortable there and our holiday was ruined. Unfortunately the owners attitude made it even worse.
