Great location: 1min walk to the beach; 7min walk to the bus station; 20min walk to the old town
AC is working in both rooms. Bedsheets are cotton and impeccably clean
Kitchen has all you need from kitchenware except an oven (but there’s a microwave) and a dishwasher
Easy instructions to find a flat and to check in.
The host was lovely and was always responding promptly
(If your eyes are sensitive to light, you need a night mask to sleep well, because neighbors turn on the light outside their flat and it just beams so bright)
These are suggestions, not dislikes - the property is a good pick for many reasons!
we stayed for 6nights, so here are our suggestions 1) it would be good to have a proper/big dryer rack (lots of wet stuff from the beach) 2) it would be nice to have a flat cleaned at least once in 3days for this price (and towels changed)

Proximity to the sea, safe area and modern/clean facilities. Air con works really well and the apartment is well equipped with kitchen stuff.
Host is super friendly and available.
Walls are not thick so if your neighbors are up until late, you’ll hear everything. The bed is a bit old so every time you move, it sounds 🤣
One more thing - in other apartments by the coast I was always provided with beach towels, bags, even umbrellas or small things that are helpful at the beach. These were not provided here, and although it’s not a big deal I believe these are extra details that make a big difference in the experience :)

I did not like that the heating was only based on AC
