Look for other apartments in the building until this one gets fixed

Location is good, great view on Prahova valley (attached)

I didn’t like many things, but most of them could be fixed if the manager makes an effort. The apartment was very dirty on arrival. I had to wash the cutlery and dishes myself, and there was broken glass on the terrace. While I don’t mind that the amenities are basic, the apartment is overall poorly maintained: broken chairs, broken door handles, no soap, and no blanket (I had to buy one myself). Access was also an issue. I could barely enter the apartment because the automatic locker had a low battery. The AI chat support was not helpful; only after contacting a human was the issue resolved.
