Se vi lavate tutti i giorni portatevi il necessario!

L'appartamento è confortevole e ben attrezzato. La posizione è ideale poiché a metà strada fra il centro storico ed il quartiere ebraico.

Abbiamo dovuto condividere un asciugamani per il viso in due persone per tre giorni, il bagnoschiuma e lo shampoo era forniti solo per due docce. Alla mia richiesta di integrare la dotazione mi è stato risposto di acquistare ciò che mi serviva. Inoltre, al momento del pagamento mi è stato detratto un importo superiore di circa venti euro rispetto al prezzo indicato sul sito attribuendo la differenza a costi.di transazione.

Die Lage ist gut. Kann man zu Fuss oder Bahn alles erreichen.

s war eine Ferienwohnung,die ich nicht empfehlen würde. Falsche Beschreibungen auf der Webseite und auf den Hinweise, die wir bekommen haben. Es ist eine Kellerwohnung. Die Beschreibung auf der Webseite ist verwirrend: gibt es nicht eine Erste Etage minus. In der Beschreibung stand,dass wir die Treppe hoch gehen müssen. Wir mussten die Wohnung suchen. Der Code war falsch:ich habe 2 Stunden vor der Tür gewartet, bis ich den richtigen Code bekommen habe. Die Wohnung war sehr kalt. 16 Gr.Die Heizung hat eine Nacht nicht funktioniert.Wieder anrufen. Dann wurde das Problem beseitigt. Das Fernseher war nicht richtig angestellt, konnte ich nicht benutzen. Wieder anrufen, kam jemand.Hat dann funktioniert. Es gab nur ein Startpaket als Pflegeprodukte, obwohl am Anfang stand: kostenlose Pflegeprodukte. Für 12 Tage nur je 2 Shampoos und nur je ein Badetuch und ein einziges Handtuch. Wieder anrufen. Ich wollte stornieren. Booking hat nicht reagiert. Einen Tag vor der Ausreise bekamen mehrere Anrufe, die verlangten, dass wir die Wohnung sofort verlassen müssen. Danach kam gegen 17 Uhr eine Frau die Verlangte dasselbe, weil Booking die Wohnung an der Tag storniert hat;nur nach11 Tagen Aufenthalt, ohne uns Bescheid zu geben! Oder müssen wir bezahlen. Weil ich keine Vertrauen dafür hatte, habe es abgelehnt. Sie hatte keine entsprechenden Ausweise, wo ich sehen kann, dass Sie diese Firma vertritt und konnte auch keine Quittung ausstellen. Sie kam stündlich.Konnte nur ukrainisch oder polnisch sprechen. Ich habe gesagt, dass die Firmen untereinander klären müssen. Gegen 21 Uhr kam die Frau mit der Polizei, die unsere Daten genommen haben und uns gesagt hat, dass wir nicht zahlen und diese Firma hätte mit Booking alles regeln müssen, ohne uns solche Erlebnisse zu bereiten. An diese vorletzten Tag wurde auch der Code gesperrt; zum Glück war mein Begleiter in der Wohnung und ich konnte hinein gehen.Daher FINGER WEG von diesem Unternehmer u. dieser Kellerwohnung wo der Himmel nicht sieht
