Äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr charmant und edel. MERCI

Wir waren im Appartement Vases. Das Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, was wir sehr schätzen, ist ausserordentlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir lieben das. Im kleinen, sehr gepflegten Garten genossen wir die Ruhe und unser Diner sur l’herbe... Wir kommen wieder!

La propreté

Je ne me suis pas sentie bien accueillie. Réponse obtenue à mon premier mail, ensuite plus rien. La chambre n’était pas celle réservée (sans explications).

Décevant

Le studio Montgolfière était tout quozi et frais. La literie excellente

L'accueil. La personne qui nous a accueillie était apparemment stressée. En arrivant avec notre véhicule, nous avons eu droit à un : Que voulez-vous ? Premier contact compliqué. Dans la foulée, à peine parquées, remise des clés de la chambre avec une brève et incompréhensible explication du fonctionnement de l'entrée avec un pad qui se trouve dans la chambre. Sur booking, il est indiqué piscine extérieure... à notre grand étonnement pas de piscine extérieure! Effectivrment, il y a une piscine intérieure disponible 2h00, sur réservation pour CHF 50.-/personne! Explication du prix : l'entretien de cette dernière est complexe... De plus, en lisant le descriptif du studio sur booking, on pouvait s'attendre à ce que cela soit compris dans la réservation. Explication de la personne : booking met ce qu'il veut, il fallait que nous regardions le descriptif sur le site de l'établissement. La remise des clés aussi emblématique que l'arrivée... même pas un : avez-vous passé un bon séjour ? Juste un merci "arraché" pour le retour de clé. Cette situation a clairement gâché notre court séjour qui aurait pu être bien plus agréable avec un accueil plus professionnel et sympathique.
