The staff we met were all great and exceptionally helpful. I also like the spacious size of the room which are very comfortable and all the facilities in the hotel is just wonderful.
I live in Singapore and the location on the Google map shows your location as near the Yuexiu Park, which is absolutely incorrect which lead to my disappointment when I arrived at the hotel!! It is totally out of my expectation that the location is way out of the city centre or the old Guangzhou! Anyway, we still enjoyed our stay!!

أعجبني أن الفندق يقدم قيمة ممتازة مقابل السعر، فهو حديث ونظيف والغرف فيه واسعة ومريحة. كما كانت إجراءات تسجيل الدخول سريعة وسلسة، مما جعل بداية الإقامة مريحة وانطباعي الأول عن الفندق إيجابيًا.
موقع الفندق بعيد جدًا عن معظم الأماكن السياحية والأسواق، حيث يستغرق الوصول إليها ما لا يقل عن 15–20 دقيقة، مما يجعل التنقل متعبًا. كما صادف يوم ميلادي أثناء الإقامة، ورغم أن أختي أبلغت الفندق بذلك مسبقًا، لم يقم الموظفون بأي مبادرة أو حتى رسالة تهنئة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، واجهت صعوبة في التواصل مع الموظفين بسبب محدودية إجادتهم للغة الإنجليزية.
