Grosse ARNAQUE, NE LOUEZ PAS!!!
Ne louez surtout PAS! : Proprio injoignable; J'ai dû l'appeler afin qu'il me dise où se trouvait la clé; ensuite, lorsque j'ai voulu le rappeler une seconde fois pour lui indiquer tous les problèmes, il n'a plus jamais répondu! la maison puait le renfermé (à vomir) + odeur de gros chien + cigarette...on a même trouvé 2 cafards! PAS de Wifi, PAS de TV qui fonctionne, PAS de badge d'accès à la piscine qui se trouve à 100 m. alors que tous ces éléments sont vendus dans l'annonce!!! ; une couche de poussière à l'intérieur de la cafetière (où on met l'eau) ; fixation du pommeau de la douche cassée; une gamelle de chien remplie de croquettes et tous les produits du proprio (ou d'un locataire à l'année) se trouvent dans la salle de bain comme s'il était sorti 5 min. avant qu'on arrive! bref, une horreur et une GROSSE ARNAQUE! D'ailleurs, la maison est en vente et ce vendeur de sommeil se moque bien des gens après s'être pris 660 eur. pour 3 nuits non remboursables évidemment!

Ein Ort voller Überraschung - leider enttäuschend und mühsam
Der Ort Bredene ist empfehlenswert; freundliche Menschen und ein guter Zugang zur Nordsee mit schönem Strand.
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert.
Die Situation war untragbar, mit einer grossen Zahl von Mängeln. Es zeigte sich ein ungepflegter Gesamtuzustand; in vielen Bereichen ungepflegt und nicht funktionstüchtig. - Leider vermittelten die Fotos im Angebot zuvor ein anderes Bild. - Hier einige Beispiele:
Die Fotos im Angebot vermittelten den Eindruck, dass der beschriebene «private Pool» dort im Garten sei. Der Pool war zwar auf dem Gelände, einige Geh-Minuten entfernt, jedoch zugänglich für die Vielzahl von Menschen der Ferienhauswohnsiedlung, die im Angebot nicht offensichtlich genannt wurde. -
Auch war eine «Grillmöglichkeit» beschrieben, diese fanden wir zunächst nicht. Nach weiterem Umschauen fanden wir einen Schuppen, darin war ein alter, verschmutzter Grill zu sehen, an den man aber aufgrund vieler weiterer schmutziger Gegenstände, nicht herankam. -
In der Wohnung zeigte sich nach genauerem Hinschauen ein ähnliches Bild, mit einer Vielzahl an Mängel:
- Der im Angebot beschriebene Flatscreen ist ein älterer Fernseher; er zeigt dauerhaft «kein Signal» an und war leider unbrauchbar.
- Internet ist nicht wie angegeben vorhanden.
- Der in der Anzeige beschriebene Lagerraum für Kleidung und Essen ist befüllt …
o … mit alter Kleidung und anderen Utensilien, die einen starken miefigen Geruch von sich geben, sobald ein Schrank geöffnet wird.
o … mit Hundefutter, Lebensmitteln und Getränken, die seit teilweise über fünf Jahren abgelaufen sind.
o … mit hunderten von Zigaretten, während das Haus als «Nicht-Raucher Unterkunft» ausgeschrieben ist.
- Die Geschirrspülmaschine ist altersbedingt nur teilweise funktionstüchtig.
- Teppichböden sind verschmutzt und zeigen deutliche Flecken.
- Auf den Matratzen und den Kissen in einem der Betten waren deutliche Schmutzspuren.
- Neben dem Gartentor sind weitere Türen schwer zu öffnen oder quietschten stark bei der Benutzung.
- Die Gartenmöbel waren ebenfalls dreckig, auch nach mehrfachem Reinigen mit den gegebenen Möglichkeiten wurden sie nicht ausreichend sauber.
