Very quiet location, comfy bed, very walkable to harbor and restaurants. Short drive to St Andrews.
Took a bit to figure out how to adjust water temp for shower to get hot water, but once we figured it out it was great! Also didn't get door code 2hrs ahead as promised. Had to call, but then did get an email with the code right away!

This was the best home stay we have ever used. The location, the facilities, even the neighbours were fantastic and we highly recommend it. The whole property has been refurbished with really good quality materials and everything is brand new. We can't think of a single issue with anything at this property.
Nothing - book with confidence.

It was so well presented and was located in a quiet residential environment.
The seating in the lounge was not very comfortable. The seats weren't deep enough.
