Abbiamo soggiornato a inizio settembre, caldo ma non afoso. In casa, visto il tipo di immobile, non ci sono tante finestre ma gli ambienti sono luminosi il giusto e climatizzati. La casa è nel centro storico in ztl ma è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (e con bagagli) lasciando l’auto nella viabilità esterna. Si trova in una viuzza silenziosa. A noi sono piaciuti i volumi, i saliscendi, gli arredi su misura, il silenzio. Come una piccola macchina per abitare.
Aggiungo la disponibilità del nostro host al quale ho fatto una richiesta e prontamente l’ha esaudita.
A noi non hanno infastidito alcuni spazi angusti, es. i bagni e la scala che sale nel tetto, ma prima di prenotare è meglio veder bene in foto. L’antico forno, vero protagonista, quando la casa resta chiusa per la giornata intera si sente un po’ ma non è eccessivo, basta arieggiare. Insomma, niente di negativo ma informazioni utili per i soggiornanti.

O design
Como sugestão diria apenas em dias de calor faria sentido deixar o ac ligado umas duas horas pre chegada, compreendo a sustentabilidade mas a aclimatizacao ao espaço demorou um pouco mais.

Unique layout of apartment, location for exploring Nardo was ideal, very attentive host who offered excellent recommendations for things to see and do in and around Nardo and surrounding area.

Very comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Filippo gave clear instructions for parking, finding apartment & was very helpful.
