Newly built and furnished apartment, clean and comfortable.
Spacious terrace with wonderful sea view.
Location is very near to the ideal center of Nea Moudania, in the same time calm and quiet, with easy free parking on the street.
Hosts are friendly, nice and helpful.

The apartment is new, very clean and well equipped. The terrace and the beautiful sea view are its strongest points.
There are also plenty of good restaurant options nearby.
The main issue is the very low, sloped ceiling. We only became aware of it after booking, as this information is mentioned in a place that is quite easy to overlook. This significantly affected our comfort, as we had to remain bent over in several areas of the apartment.
We tried to find an alternative with the host, but the proposed options would have involved additional costs, so we ultimately kept our original reservation. I strongly reccomend to carefully check the ceiling-height information before booking, as it can completely change the experience.
Also, the nicer beaches in the area are not particularly close and are best reached by car (10-30 minutes), which is worth keeping in mind when choosing the location.
