La calidez de Vincenza, la anfitriona. Nos hizo sentir cuidados. Tuvimos un retraso por erupción volcánica que nos dejó sin coche de alquiler. De madrugada ella nos hizo el transfer con solo palabras amables. Además el alojamiento es perfecto para una noche junto al aeropuerto: impecable, confortable, y un desayuno delicioso con unos croissants hechos por ellos para chuparse los dedos.
Solo tengo buenas palabras.

Excelente, todo nuevo, limpio, funcional, amplio, baño impecable y nuevo, Vicenza la dueña, nos fue a buscar a la estación de tren y a dejar ala aeropuerto. Para quedarse varios días más!!

Tres beau logement en position ideale pour se rendre en 10 mn a l’aeroport de Palerme.Vincenza est aux petits soins avec ses locataires. Elle nous a livre le petit dejeuner en direct de sa patisserie en dehors des creneaux prevus pour notre depart a 7h00 du matin.
Tout etait parfait.

The room was superb with an enormous walk out balcony to enjoy the sunset and mountain view. The staff was super helpful and willing to come over and show the uneducated American how to work the coffee maker. I had figured it out enough to overflow the small espresso cup that fit. And, when I had already exited the room to head to the airport and discovered my flight had been delayed 3 hours, they let me back in my room remotely. So greatful for the stellar customer service!
Very small in-room fridge, but it was big enough for 1 person.
