This stay exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient, close to the airport, which was exactly what we were looking for since we wanted something affordable in that area. The room was very comfortable, with a great bed and a complete private bathroom.
It was well equipped, including a coffee maker, microwave, TV, and even an iron, which made the stay more practical. The place was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting.
Overall, it was a very positive experience and offered excellent value for money.
Honestly, everything was fine. There were no issues during the stay.

The house doesn't look old. Nice neighborhood. The room is clean with comfortable bed and private bathroom. A guest parking space for 1 car, unassigned. There is a chance to get a close one.
To park a car you need to tell to the host your plate number to inform guards. No more than 1 car is allowed. Strictly prohibited to park in assigned spot even for a few minutes.
