We chose this apartment because of the location, which meant it was more affordable, and because it had a good outdoor space. The outdoor space was just wonderful, didn't get direct sun, but just wonderful for slow mornings and even slower evenings. By location and price, let me explain. We wanted to go to the beach every day, and we love the restaurants in Cagliari. When looking at self-contained apartments, anything closer to Poetto was too expensive, and we didn't want to be in the city centre: we like our peace and quiet. Casa Cinzia is on several bus routes, or a quick walk to lots more bus routes, to get to Poetto or to the city in 15 minutes. In fact, we walked to and from our favourite restaurant near the city (Il Gufo Sardo).
We were there at the end of August, beginning of September, so at night, we usually left the interior doors open with the lounge AC running on low. Great shower, cooking facilities were wonderful, microwave also grills (didn't use). As we were there for 10 nights, sheets, pillow cases and towels were changed midweek. Wifi worked well, not always very strong outside, but not a problem. It's wonderful to do your yoga outside in the morning looking up at an orange tree!
Locally, there's a great Conad supermarket just 5 minutes walk away, and a smaller supermarket across the road. Fresca Voglia, the best gelato in Cagliari, is also just 2 minutes down the road, and it's open until midnight!!!!
We missed a tea-towel or dish cloth, and the only soap in the bathroom was liquid hand soap.

Très bon accueil, une hôte très avenante et attentionnée. Appartement tout neuf et très bien équipé (wifi, climatisation dans chaque pièce)...Lits préparés, draps et serviettes fournis. A 10 minutes de la plage en bus :)
