The apartment is in the center of the complex, near the hotel, restaurants, supermarket. It is very specious, especially the living room, well decorated, bright, with a nice view towards the complex and golf course. The bedroom is smaller, however, it can easily accommodate 2 people. The sofa in the living room can be used as a second bed of king size. The kitchen is well equipped, it also has tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil (always appreciate when host provides such things so you do not need to buy). Communication with host was easy - they sent me all the instructions in messenger.
There is only one access card for the apartment that is also used for entering the complex with a car.
