Room was clean and spacious. Complete set of amenities except tooth brush. Was able to cook simple meal easily. Location is near Heiwajima Station which is convenient to travel to central Tokyo or Yokohama. There a halal kebab store and supermarket at the station just nice for buying quick snacks after shopping. There is also luup which make it's so much convenient when exploring the neighborhood. I used to go to mega donki near omori which was great. The location is peaceful.
The window Aircon is not sealed properly so you will be able to her sounds from outside like as if window is not closed. Somedays it may be noisy due to ambulance/police siren which is common everywhere in tokyo. Most of the time its very peaceful.

easy access to both the airport and the city center.
it is not very clean. When we checked in, there was a previous customer's clothes in the washing machine. Corners and the floor along the wall were pretty dusty with hair. The area above the aircon was not properly sealed and only some foam to block it so the noice from the main road is very loud in the flat.
