Do not put to much trust in staff or management and make sure you lock your belonging securely.

The room was fine.

My room was entered twice by staff with out knocking on the door, within 3 or 4 days.Once in the morning and another day approximately 7pm.On both occasions I was in the room. They was not expecting me to be in the room.

Good place to stay in Luton - close to shopping, airport, etc. Felt safe with access to the general building by fob and staff on reception throughout the stay. Room and bathroom were very clean, and nice welcome 👍

The rest of the building is student accommodation, which was fine, but it's a shame I wasn't able to use the gym or games room which are for student use only.
