Cute little place but it can use a refresh . We liked having two separate bedrooms.

Great location, residence had some downfalls.

The proximity to restaurants and nightlife was great. The host was very friendly and responsive. The bed was large and comfortable.

The unit could have used some repairs - the blinds in the living room were broken and the table in the front bedroom was missing a leg, I didn't realize the bathroom was downstairs and the bedrooms were upstairs. This made using the restroom in the middle of the night a hassle. There was no hand soap, so we bought some and left it for future residents.

Older residence in good neighborhood needs lots of work.

Reasonable clean, general neighborhood is nice,

Unit location faces United Dairy Farmers, open all night offering beer wine etc, at times noisy customers out front disturbed sleep. the above picture is not a good representation of the appearance. Older exterior and interior dark environment…light rehab on old flat. Bathroom on main floor, inconvenient to bedroom upstairs, stairwell needs work. Initially had issue accessing unit or directions to parking car. Bad instructions provided by management
