The design, the view from the balcony
1. The air is humid even in the second floor room
2. I found previous guest’s dirty sock under the radiator
3. I reserved a room with a balcony/view from the window, but the hosts were telling me that in all the rooms, the view from the window is blocked by the concrete wall of the neighboring building. But when I insisted, it turned out they have rooms with open views after all.

The apartment wasn't ready when I arrived, so I was given a "temporary spot" for the first night. There was a washing machine in the apartment—it was listed among the amenities—but it was damagged. The balcony door was locked, and no cleaning was done or supplies (like toilet paper) replenished, even though these services were included in the list. The hotel hostess did her best to help me, but it turned out the apartment had a different owner, so I had to call with him regarding my questions. Communication with him was difficult because he barely responded. The stayment wasn't expensive, but it was disappointing because the promised amenities were missing. A shame.
Het appartement was niet klaar toen ik aankwam, dus kreeg ik de eerste nacht een "noodplekje". In het appartement was een wasmachine aanwezig, stond ook in het lijstje met faciliteiten, maar deze was kapot. De deur naar het balkon was op slot, en er werd niet schoongemaakt of bijvoorbeeld toiletpapier aangevuld, terwijl dit wel in de faciliteiten staat.
De hostess van het hotel deed haar best mij te helpen, maar het appartement blijkt van een andere eigenaar te zijn, waardoor ik bij hem moest zijn voor mijn vragen. Communicatie met hem verliep moeizaam, omdat hij nauwelijks reageerde. Het verblijf was niet duur, maar viel tegen doordat de beloofde faciliteiten er niet waren. Jammer.
