Very spacious and great location!

Great location, right next to great local food stores and short walk to beachfront. Very spacious, with two separate bedrooms. Only one has aircon, but was not too hot with just a fan. Two bathrooms, only 1 with western toilet - was worried about mozzies, but with fans, aircon was no problem. We lit mozzie coils just incase:

There is no sink/shower - just tap and bucket, not a problem for us - we loved it, but might be nicer with handheld shower head.
