Lovely apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Peaceful location but just a few minutes away from restaurant and bar and the vaporetto boat terminals.
Very warm welcome from the property owner who had also very kindly provided croissants, milk, juice and bottled water.
The entrance hallway and building are full of old style character while the apartment has been updated for modern living while keeping the character.
Don’t try and carry your luggage here through the streets from the bus station or train station - there are too many steps and people! Take the boat- it’s just a five minute step free route after that to the apartment from 5.1 boat to S. Marco-San Zaccaria

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Sie liegt in einer abgelegenen Gasse und doch ist man schnell im venezianischen Getümmel. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Küche bot alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr sauber,ruhig,gute Ausstattung ,
sehr viele Lebensmittel und Wasser waren verfügbar.
Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt
In der Beschreibung war ein Gartenzugang beinhaltet,er war aber wegen Umbauarbeiten gesperrt,das war etwas enttäuschend.
