L'accueil froid et distant. J'ai lu 2h dans le salon je n'ai vu personne. Aucun contact avec l'hôte.
Pour la chambre: l'escalier raide qui est plutôt une échelle pour arriver au lit en "mezzanine"... j'ai oublié d'éteindre en bas donc j'ai pu à nouveau descendre et remonter.
Il faut être vraiment valide pour y arriver.

Location is mostly in the Medina but have in mind it’s not accessible by car so if you have a lot a luggage you have to carry it around in the narrow streets.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend this place.
The lady was friendly and seemed to genuinely want to help, but she does not speak any English at all. Even using Google Translate, communication was extremely difficult and frustrating.
There was no breakfast available at 8:00 AM, despite this being a basic expectation. The room was very small and the furniture looked extremely cheap. The overall condition of the place felt more like a low-budget hostel than a comfortable accommodation.
The stairs are very steep and potentially dangerous, so you have to be extremely careful not to fall. The ceiling is also surprisingly low — if you’re taller than 1.85 m, expect to hit your head.
There is no air conditioning and absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom. After taking a shower, all the humidity stays inside the room, making it hot, damp and uncomfortable. There was also a strange and unpleasant smell in the room, which seemed like it could be coming from the sewage system.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The only positive thing I can say about the room is that the sheets were clean.
The bathroom was another major issue: there is no door, so there is essentially no privacy, and there were ants inside the bathroom.
Overall, this was one of those places where you spend the night simply because you need somewhere to sleep — not because you actually want to stay there.
Barely passable for one night, but I would strongly advise against staying longer. I would definitely not return.
