The accommodation is conveniently located near the swimming pool. It is well-maintained, bright, and has a parking space. It provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and includes a lovely terrace.
The property is described as an apartment, but it is actually a studio. The listing also indicates that air conditioning is available; however, there is no dedicated air-conditioning unit in the studio. Instead, there is a central ventilation system that does not provide cooling. This was somewhat disappointing, especially as the neighboring units seem to have their own air-conditioning units. Due to the property's location and exposure to the sun, the studio can become quite hot on warm and sunny days.

This apartment truly lives up to its name. It’s in such a great location that it gets sun all day long. It’s a bright, clean apartment with lots of little touches that make your stay feel like home. The building also has a free pool and sauna.
