Great beach villa for a hideaway stay. It was nice and safe for swimming. Bus stop near the gate for travels to Ambalangoda or Hikkaduwa. There is small beach cafe in 200 meters. Very nice garden, terrace and dining room with glass wall if you want to seat inside. Interior is modern but feels very much home.
Breakfast was very nice but coffee was not quite coffee. Tea was good choice though.

Lovely villa in a fabulous location on a quiet, clean beach. The staff and owner were lovely, kind and accommodating to our needs. However, be aware of hidden taxes that aren't written on Booking.com. This stay was a treat for us and it was ended up costing a fair amount more than we budgeted for.
All in all though, a lovely stay.
No card payment so we had to go and withdraw vast amounts of cash leaving a stressful end to our stay.
