An exceptional stay at Gold Palace Hotel, Nasr City, Cairo! The cleanliness was outstanding, the staff were highly professional, courteous, honest, and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, close to all essential services, and the breakfast exceeded all my expectations.
I’m truly happy with my stay and would highly recommend Gold Palace for its comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality!

Once inside, this is a very attractive hotel with beautiful fish tanks. Easy to find with clear signage. Staff are really nice and friendly. It was very quiet for such a busy location. The balcony setting for breakfast looked really nice, but unfortunately I had to leave too early, so I missed out.
There was no view. You couldn't even see out of the window, it was covered by some sort of shutter that didn't open. The bathroom was in need of renovation and while the shower was really good, it flooded not only the bathroom but into the hallway as well, even though the glass doors were shut.

Moderately good
1. Ambience, cigarette smoke permeates into rooms making me a passive smoker
2. Communication challenges
