Very clean and modern.
The price seemed a bit steep and we didn’t have food service after 11pm even though the menu showed that it should be available.

It was a great stay at Zesora, located beautifully in the greenery of Nathia Gali. Rooms are really spacious and have an incredible view. Breakfast is also decent. The restaurant at the property is also good.
Considering where the hotel is located, it can get really cold, and the heating system that they have is not sufficient enough, they should improve their heating system. The hotel staff were kind enough to provide a small electric heater though, but still I feel its not enough, they should install inverters.

The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The views are great. The heating and hot water works perfectly (highly appreciable during surprisingly wintry conditions this October). The location is good as well and it is easy to walk to main shopping/restaurant area of Nathia Gali.
The staff seem to lack basic training in customer-focused service, starting from not particularly friendly or helpful front desk staff, through to waiters in the restaurant who are nowhere near attentive and welcoming enough, up to cleaning and maintenance staff performing their noisy tasks (like vacuum cleaning or furniture re-arrangement) late at night or early morning. The restaurant is somewhat pricey and the waiting service is very poor (much worse than in Feletti's next door). The food quality is a bit of mixed bag too - while baked items are generally good, some breakfast items are truly disappointing (undercooked aloo bhujia, overcooked shakshuka, hot food not hot enough, etc.). Moreover during busy breakfast times the restaurant is crowded and items are not promptly replenished.
