Great location near Old Town, comfortable and clean apartment, and a very thoughtful host

The location was excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to Phuket Old Town streets, yet the area itself was quiet and peaceful. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the security staff were much friendlier than expected. They even helped us with our luggage and always opened the barrier when we passed with a stroller, which we really appreciated. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and had no issues at all. The bed was comfortable for us, and having a washing machine was a big plus, especially while traveling with a child. The host was very kind and responsive. The self check-in process was simple, and we were pleasantly surprised by a small welcome gift — thank you once again for the nice gesture. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone planning to explore Old Town.

The pillows were not very comfortable and could be improved. Also, replacing or upgrading the shower head would make the bathroom experience better.
