Lovely place; would recommend, but the online staff could be more responsive

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Even had washing machines. Loved the design of the room and had a great stay!

The location is fine for those who drive so this is not the main issue. The main issue was that when we arrived (about half 6 in the evening), our room was not cleaned. Staff was helpful but could be more responsive (didn’t pick up our call). At one point they offered to cancel the booking as they couldn’t find someone to clean the room - but that’s a ridiculous solution; where would we be staying for the night?! But fortunately it was solved in the end; a super nice and friendly cleaning staff came to help and cleaned the room at 10pm. Thank you for resolving the issue eventually!

Expected more

The size of the flat. Renovation.

The property is still under construction, as result a lot a construction garbage around and workers start working about 6 am. Coffee capsules were on the photos but not provided. Parking spot available but not guaranteed.
