lovely apartment with a sense of style. very clean. very practical with a nice kitchen, much space.

it was difficult to get the key code. it could be that it was a very late booking.

1 / 10

Very bad, a breach of contract and no customer service to even attempt to make things right.

Location

Apartment was not cleaned from previous guests stay, their used bin full of nappies were not cleared, bedding’s were not changed and made, used wine glasses and towels were still lying around. Simply not prepared for next guests. Worst of all was the absolute lack of responses when we reached out to property. They read our messages but completely ignored us with no apologies, no corrective measures done. They continue to ignore our requests to engage in discussion and refund for days. Utter disgrace.

Super, 1A Aufenthalt.

Cucina comoda e funzionale, letti comodi e bagno stupendo. Superconsigliato
