The apartment is great. Comfortable bed, enough towels, coffee machine, very clean.
The check-in queue was long and the reception staff not helpful. This is not the host's fault but it just dampens your mood.

I like its proximity to the mall and Menlyn Central square which allowed us to simply walk out to grab breakfast from Spar just a stone’s throw away and how it had safe parking available since we drove with our car from Eswatini we were a bit concerned. I also specifically loved that the bedside lamps had a charging port…where you simply place your iphone on so even if you forgot a charger you were sorted.
I would be lying,everything was perfect

The couch was comfortable, we had extra towels and an extra blanket. The place was amazing!

The room is really hood and exceptionally well equipped. Location is perfect.
Reception staff is clueless. Ons always needs to wait before being helped, even though there are three people at the reception desk - only one can assist.
It is annoying that you need to check in at the front of the building and then drive around to the parking.
What is absolutely absurd, is the numbering system in the parking garage. Numbers don't follow consecutively. It took me and the security guard more than 20 minutes to locate my parking space. Don't understand how they figured this one out, but there is seemingly no method behind the madness.
