Everything. Lovely spacious room, clean and cozy. We really like the location, it’s quiet and nice area, close to lots of good restaurants.

The location is perfect. You can walk easily from the train station. You'll be able to avoid lugging your bags over lots of bridges, which all have steps up and down. The airconditioning is very efficient, and it's a must in Venice. Mosquito nets in windows are important as well. Very clean and modern apartment.
