The property was ideally placed for our needs as we needed a good base for our family as we had a wedding to attend at
Grangefield Barns. Our group consisted of 5 adults and 1 5yr old. The property has plenty of parking to get probably 4 but definitely 3 cars safely off the road. When we arrived on the Friday evening the property was lovely and warm with the heating on. All the relevant information had been passed to us by the owners via the Booking.com messaging system so we arrived and got in the property with no problems. 4 good sized bedrooms with one en-suite with a shower cubicle and also a shower built into the bath. Our bed in the main en-suite bedroom was so comfortable we had 2 good night sleep and that is also helped by such a lovely quiet neighbourhood. There are a range of local shops, a big Tesco, several local pubs and wine bars and Chinese takeaways all within a short walk down the road and back to the house. Thank you for all your help in making our weekend a very enjoyable experience. It was that good it makes you want to start thinking of reasons to visit Derbyshire so we could stop in. The house all over again

Big and spacey, close to supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. Nice neighborhood.
No locks on the bathroom doors but minor thing that can be changed. Maybe a few more seats for outside.

Quiet location which was convenient for the places we wanted to visit. Clean well equipped house. Helpful owners.
Could do with a bit of maintenance in a couple of places, but nothing serious.
