We rented this property for a group of seven women on a rowing trip, and it suited us very well. The house is an older, modernised property offering spacious and comfortable accommodation. There was ample room for everyone, and although we shared bedrooms, the rooms were large and comfortable. The long kitchen table with comfortable seating was ideal for all seven of us to dine and spend time together.
The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, including two refrigerators (one with a large freezer), quality glassware for beer and wine, and an automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine. A particular highlight was the air conditioning in each room, which was individually controlled and very effective for comfortable nights.
The house was very clean and thoughtfully equipped with practical details such as automatic night lights in the hallways and stairs, soap at the sinks, a modern washer-dryer, and a large drying rack on the upper terrace, which we used extensively for rowing and sports gear.
On arrival, towels in one bathroom had a musty smell and required washing before use. There was also some confusion regarding pricing: the booking was initially made for three guests, and updating it to seven resulted in an additional €150 charge. While the listing states the house accommodates up to 10 guests at a set price, this additional fee was not clearly anticipated in advance.
