Der Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe war sehr sympathisch. Auf unsere Fragen und Bitten hin erhielten wir umgehend eine Antwort durch den Vermieter. Fehlende Gläser wurden umgehend gebracht und die defekte WC-Spülung repariert. Für die Umstände erhielten wir eine symbolische Entschädigung, das hat uns gefreut.
Die Wohnung liegt ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden. Sie ist mit zwei Klimageräten ausgestattet, hübsch eingerichtet und liegt im (je nachdem wie man zählt) 4. oder 5. Stock.. Es gibt keinen Lift; wir habe das als Fitness-Übung betrachtet.
Es gab weder Wein- noch richtige Wassergläser. Ein zweites Küchentuch fehlte. Der Küchenschwamm war schon sehr lange in Gebraucht und abgenutzt. Die WC-Spülung war eingedrückt.
Wir mussten darum bitten, dass dies alles ersetzt, respektive repariert wird. Uns hat erstaunt, dass das Reinigungspersonal den Vermieter nicht auf diese fehlenden/defekten Sachen aufmerksam gemacht hat.

The flat is close to a tram station. It's very convenient for us to reach the old town. It's equipped with air-condition, which is really important while heatwave hits the area. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the cook and stay in the flat.
The flat is on high floor and there is no elevator. We have to move three big luggage by stairs. There is no dedicated parking and you have to find on the street.
