Ubicación y apartamento excelente pero olores no agradables.

Ubicación excelente. Está en el centro a escasos 200 metros del ayuntamiento. Todo está cerca. Tiene aire acondicionado que se agradece en verano.

A pesar de que los dueños han hecho un esfuerzo en conseguir un apartamento agradable y funcional tiene un olor a fosa séptica que no han conseguido reducir ni con ambientador electrónico. Desconozco si en otra época que no sea verano este olor desaparece. No sé si es el precio a pagar por estar tan cerca del canal.

Hay que mejorar

Ubicacion

El piso está bien en general, pero hay varios aspectos a mejorar. Solo hay aire acondicionado en una habitación, por lo que en la zona de estar hacía bastante calor, y el sofá cama necesita renovarse. El baño tenía un olor muy desagradable. Lo que más nos perjudicó fue el aparcamiento. Durante nuestra estancia había fiestas en la zona y el propietario no nos informó de esta situación hasta el mismo día de la entrada. Finalmente tuvimos que aparcar a unos 20 minutos andando, además de soportar bastante ruido por la proximidad del escenario. También echamos en falta al menos una toalla y más papel higiénico. Por último, nos sorprendió que se nos pidiera pasar la aspiradora antes de dejar el alojamiento. En general, el alojamiento podría mejorar bastante en estos aspectos, especialmente en la información proporcionada antes de la llegada.

Perfecta ubicación

Buenísima ubicación. Apartamento muy completo, muchísimos detalles y comodidades. Nos encantó el detalle de dejar cápsulas de café 🥰

Por poner algo, no hay ascensor, pero creo que en la zona todos los alojamientos son iguales
