Absolutely beautiful setting, the garden attached is just so beautiful. The caravan was clean, cosy, comfortable and with a very well equipped kitchen.
They're such lovely warm people, the Guest House attached is beautiful, full of character and has a very welcoming feel.
The train stop is literally 30 seconds from the property. And the trains are regular to surrounding towns, only 10 mins into Barmouth centre.
We didn't want to leave and will definitely be returning repeatedly. It's now out special place. ☺️❤️

Location and facilities.
Toilet smelt like urine on carpet.

The place was amazing really for what we needed, in a peaceful quiet location just behind the owners house with a full privacy, a veranda and a medium size garden where we could play with my child. 10 minutes drive to Barmouth town / beach, which was handy and its a must visit location overall, stunning views of bridge, sunsets and authentic Welsh architecture. The caravan had everything we needed, clean and warm enough with radiators. The host Jo was lovely and welcoming.
The only thing we had an issue with was the door handles in one of the bedrooms, that was basically glued to the door, and when I tried to apply just a bit of pressure to close it for the night - it easily fell off. it glues back on, but not secure enough (forgot to mention to Jo, so hope she reads it to see if can be attached more securely).
