Great host, check-in and check-out were smooth and easy done. The communication was nice and fast when needed 🙌🏻 The place was clean so were the towels and the bed linen provided
The dishes were a bit dirty so needed to be washed again before using. The location is far from the center, but this inconvenience is covered by the good price 🫱🏻🫲🏼

the apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which felt safe. It is also closer to the airport than the city center, so it may be convenient if you have an early flight
There were several major downsides. First, the apartment is about 10 km from the city center, making it inconvenient for sightseeing or getting around. The room itself is quite small, and the “bed” is actually a large sofa that is very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on.
The biggest issue was the host. From the moment we arrived, she spoke only in Russian despite clearly knowing that we didn’t understand the language. Rather than making guests feel welcome, she came across as condescending and treated us more like tenants than paying visitors.
Our checkout experience was particularly unpleasant. We requested a late checkout in advance and agreed to pay the additional fee, which the host accepted. Because the apartment is far from the city, we returned later than expected and ended up exceeding the agreed checkout time by only about 30 minutes. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the host arrived visibly angry and essentially threw us out of the apartment. Her behavior was unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful. The encounter was so stressful that I barely had time to gather myself before leaving—I didn’t even have a chance to zip up properly or comb my hair.
Good accommodation can make up for minor inconveniences, but poor hospitality is much harder to overlook. Sadly, the host’s attitude completely overshadowed our stay. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
