I had a wonderful stay at Vicky’s place in Brighton.
The handmade guest guide was such a lovely touch. It was incredibly thoughtful and included everything I needed for my stay, as well as Vicky’s personal recommendations for Brighton. The room itself also had everything I could possibly need, and the area was quiet and residential while still being very convenient, with a Co-op just a few minutes away and Brighton Station about a 7–8 minute walk.
One thing I particularly appreciated was how much Vicky respected my privacy. At the same time, she was incredibly warm and approachable whenever I wanted to talk. I mentioned that I would like to practise my English, and we ended up having a lovely chat for around 30 minutes. She also gave me lots of great recommendations for Brighton.
This was my first solo trip abroad, so I had quite a few worries before coming to the UK. However, staying here made me feel very comfortable and at home. I was also very grateful that Vicky let me leave my suitcase after checking out, which made my travel plans much easier.
The only thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few hills around the area, so carrying a heavy suitcase can be a little tiring. But the short walk from the station made up for it.
Thank you so much, Vicky, for making my first solo trip to the UK such a comfortable and memorable experience. If I come back to Brighton, I would definitely love to stay here again!
Not at all.

There was everything I needed in the room, including an electric kettle, tea and sugar, a iron and ironing board and an umbrella which I made use of. The bed was comfortable with crisp white sheets.

Everything I needed was provided, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The price was also very reasonable, and the host was very kind and friendly.
There was really nothing I didn't like about my stay. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Brighton.
