These (separate) units rented together have 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10), a large loft area area attached to one of the bedrooms (sleeps 5), one full size futon in B second floor (sleeps 2), two queen sleeper sofas in the downstairs living rooms (sleeps 4) and 1 twin sleeper sofas (sleeps 1). So - the unit can sleep a total of 22 people in beds! Unit B: The downstairs has one queen bedroom, kitchen, Living Room with queen pull-out sleeper sofa, 2 full size bathrooms (one has bath + shower and the other has a shower only.) Upstairs (second floor) is where you will find the mentioned 2 bedrooms and Full size Futon. Please note the second floor has lower ceilings, ideally suited for young children, so if you plan on having adults upstairs be sure to advise them they may need to duck their head. This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters.
