The apartment is modern and comfortable in a wonderful location
I booked this property specifically because it had a fold out couch. It is important for my partner and I to have an alternative sleeping area due to sleeping together issues that arise. When I rang the number suggested for questions the person I spoke to was not accomodating. he told me the apartment was not advertised as a two bed accommodation and there was no one in Schaffhausen who could bring me bedding. His attitude was dismissive and quite rude. The phone call ended on that note. i felt upset. However in the morning he-rang to say the cleaner would bring some bedding. Which she did after the first night without any. There was no kettle either to make a drink until I left a note for the cleaner to ask for one.

"The apartment is clean and comfortable, suitable for couples or solo travelers. The location is good, not far from the train station and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby."
