Everything is clean, the apartment is cozy and functional, there are amenities - a microwave, kettle, stovetop, rubber house slippers are provided. The host is very friendly and recommends things to do, you can ask them about whatever in Dresden - they will try to help you.
Nice little outdoor terrace with extendable top, also possibly a grill, but we did not try to use it. All in all - good value for money, good location, clean and cozy.
There was occasionally noise from the upstairs neighbours / people running down the stairs in the hallway, this could be heard with all of the doors closed. However, this happened during the day and did not affect our sleep at all

Nieduże, ale bardzo komfortowe i czyste mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji: do dworca 15 min, do ścisłego centrum 30 min na piechotę; w okolicy jest dyskont "Netto". Nie było problemu z wcześniejszym zakwaterowaniem się po uprzednim umówieniu się z panią właścicielką. Z mieszkania jest wyjście na prywatny nieduży ogródek: w okna od zewnątrz parę razy zaglądały koty. Apartament znajduje się na poziomie piwnicy, dlatego mimo braku klimatyzacji w upalne dni nie było w nim gorąco. Były wiatraki i nawet packa na muchy. Przez cały czas naszego pobytu było bardzo cicho, tylko rano trochę słychać dzwony z kościoła naprzeciwko; w ogóle jest to spokojna i cicha dzielnica Drezna. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko, co potrzebne do gotowania (lodówka, kuchenka, garnki, naczynia, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, przyprawy itp.).
Osobno należy zaznaczyć bogaty wybór owocowych herbat. :)
Specyficzna konstrukcja łóżka (wystające poza materac krawędzie) powodowała, że niejednokrotnie nasze nogi się z nim zderzały. :)

Angenehme, ruhige Lage in einer Studentengegend. Parkplätze sind in der Straße ausreichend vorhanden. Es handelt sich um eine Souterrain-Wohnung, die in den heißen Tagen unseres Besuchs angenehm kühl war. Die Vermieterin gab uns reichlich Tipps für die Umgebung.
Selbstversorger müssen wissen, dass es in der Küche sehr eng ist. Uns genügte es aber.

Aan echt alles was gedacht.
Goed bed,goeie douche,tuintje,rustige buurt,ReWe op 3 minuten afstand,half uur lopen tot historisch centrum
