The Pictures are a little misleading

The Location is OK, and easy to find, nothing more in sec 2, but not a lot to like as it's an old apartment that needs some restoration

The room walls where dirty the water in the small sink was not going the same in the small bathroom the water took a lot to drain the sliding door in the small toilet kept opening so you had to hold it with your hand, the mattress in 1 of the rooms was uncomfortable to sleep on it as you could feel all the wires from the springs

Disappointed by some of the conditions

Good facilities in the kitchen Good location in the city On a first glance it is clean Clean towels Parking spot Easy to access the immobile Nice decoration Tea and coffee at disposition

Well the apartment doesn’t really fit the pictures. What I mean by that is: -There are walls still in renovation apparently from an inundation -In one of the bathrooms the heat didn’t function and there was a bad smell coming from the sewage -In the other bathroom, the shower sewage was plugged. I showered with my feet in a lake -The couch from the living room has stains -The mattresses look disgusting, old with stains and springs which are so uncomfortable, very hard on the back -There was a hole in one of the doors -The floor looked uncleaned -Same for the windows, tv.. -I doubt the climatisation has been cleaned I mentioned all of these issues with the agent that manages this property since I found the place unsanitary for my six months old baby I was traveling with. He seemed to be open to refund me half the money (125 euros) which makes a faire price, he apologised and assured me he would get someone to fix everything in the same day (it was Sunday so for sure it was a lie since no-one works on weekends) Apparently he called Booking and I had to wait 5 working days in order to get that refund and he even asked me not to give a bad review to this property. Well I haven’t received anything from Booking, he didn’t contact them, they cannot get an agreement with him and he blocked me. So basically I’ve been scammed and this is not faire for customers to be fooled first about the conditions they would sleep in and second about any reimbursement. So before anyone else reserves this property this young man should make sure he would fix all these issues and not just to get the money.

Tutto sommato molto buono

Arredata con gusto, spaziosa e posizione buona

La pulizia non era il massimo, c’era polvere e le stoviglie non erano molto pulite, inoltre non abbiamo trovato nulla per asciugare le stoviglie in cucina
