The location was great ,as we had a function near by
Travelled by train and then a tram to get to the accommodation, easy to find
Good sized room for just a night or 2
*Getting into the building - when we arrived we pressed the bell a few times to notify staff we were there
Then we rang the number , and couldnt get hold of anyone - we continued doing this for 10 min or more
Someone was coming out of the building & let us in , went up to level one and had to press bell in reception a few times until staff turned up
Then later that day / evening we had to let 2 lots of guest in from out the front who had been there 10-15 min & couldn't get hold of any staff
* Note - Pillows were horrible , flat & life less !!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neatly presented.
The room was a bit tired. This wasn't a complete surprise, given the low cost for the accomodation.

Location is great and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Probably only that you need to pay extra for Nescafe instant coffee, but not a big deal.

Liked the bed
There was no kitchen dustbin, toothpaste should be there as someone is coming domestically and cannot carry much luggage.
Atleast tea coffee should be free
