I got no stay due to cancellation without any notice

Not at all it all suck, cancel my booking without letting me know until last minute and leave me in the middle of no way to stay

We had to collect keys from an Ezy mart on a different street, which was slightly tricky with kids and bags. We were only able to get one set of keys which is very tricky to navigate with 2 adults and 2 kids in a place where you even need keys to go down in the lift. This meant either one person had to stay in the room by them selves or you all had to travel as a pack. This is not at all convenient.

Great location, but it felt like a massive student accommodation complex. Nothing luxurious or lavish about this stay.

The location

Very cold, A/C took 10+ minutes to heat up. One of the blinds in the bedroom fell down, it was stuck up with blue tack. Key collection & drop off was very different to what I was accustomed to, having to collect from a shop. And the security onboarding to receive accommodation details was concerning. I was asked to provide photo ID, selfie, bank account details and either pay a refundable $400 deposit or non-refundable amount of approximately $65 on top of the fee already paid (no indication of additional costs prior to booking).
