The place is a studio on the ground floor of a nicely maintained thick walled Greek style house. It has everything you need in this studio- queen bed, small couch, table, kitchenette, Bathroom. The shower water pressure is great! It's very close to the port. From the nice sitting area outside you have a partial view of the water. The view of the water is obstructed by trees, but it's a nice view and the you get sun there late into the evening. Very enjoyable to sit there at sunset.
Despite it being on an unbusy street, noises are very audible from the environment. Kids playing at the nearby playground and cars driving by even at night.
