Nice short comfortable stay

Large rooms perfect for a family stay. Absolutely amazing and comfy beds very high quality. Easy parking and staff are friendly.

The spa isn’t the best, absolutely freezing in the changing room and the pool is also cold, wasn’t very pleasant.

"Dog friendly" hotel but dogs not allowed in restaurant.

Very peaceful location.

During meal times, we had to put our dog in the car, as she was howling when left alone in unfamiliar surroundings (hotel room). Unfortunately, dogs were not allowed in the restaurant or breakfast area, despite the website clearly advertising the hotel as dog-friendly. This made dining there a real challenge. While I respect the hotel’s position, I would have booked elsewhere had I known this in advance.
