the location was somewhat outside the tourist hotspots which gave us an intimate insight into a local district which we really liked. It was also in walking distance to both public transit as as well as various convenience stores such as 7-eleven, GS25, Daiso and Olive Young.
If you want to stay in Seoul and have an authentic living experience without crowds of tourists - this is the place to stay!
coming from a country where I can look outside a window and see green it was a bit sad to not have that here. The windows in the apartment were not meant to be opened and were covered by curtains which didn't look bad by any means. But maybe better windows could be installed in the apartment which would allow the view into the foresty mountain that sits right to next to it. Might elevate the stay :)

韩式地下室改造，空间不大，厕所有点矮（175以上需要坐着洗澡，不然会敲到头）水量很足 温度也很好

이용 전부터 이용 후까지 호스트님과 소통이 정말 빠르고 정확했어요. 무엇보다 친절하게 응대해주셔서 처음부터 끝까지 편안하게 이용할 수 있었습니다.
숙소에 필요한 것들이 정말 다 갖춰져 있어서 지내는 내내 불편함이 전혀 없었어요. “이런 것도 있네?” 하고 놀랄 정도로 세심하게 준비된 숙소였습니다.
청결도도 정말 만족스러웠어요. 들어가자마자 깔끔함이 느껴졌고, 쾌적한 상태에 좋은 향까지 남아 있어 기분 좋게 머물 수 있었어요.
인원 수에 맞춰 각종 용품들이 잘 준비되어 있고, 간식이나 일회용품 등 게스트를 배려한 부분이 많이 느껴졌습니다. 크리스마스 시즌이라 캐롤까지 틀어주셔서 소소하지만 감동이었어요.
예약 잘했다고 친구들한테 칭찬도 많이 받았고, 재방문 의사 100%입니다. 서울 방문이나 연말 모임 장소 고민하시는 분들께 추천하고 싶어요!

The space was well maintained. The host was super sweet and helpful as well. We didnt expect to have snacks & drinks provided so it was a pleasant surprise as well
There wasnt anything i dont like in particular. It was quite a distance from the city centre but its a good value for money. It was a struggle dragging luggages cause the accommodation is located on a hill. You’ll also need to walk a small distance for taxi drop-off and pickup as the street is quite narrow
