Irresponsible property owner
Despite the property description stating that there is no internet, they actually had very fast WiFi. The furniture and furnishings are new and in reasonably good shape. The facility was clean.
The description of how to enter the facility was unclear. I eventually figured it out, but it could easily have been explained better. The rooms were labeled by different colored key tags screwed to the doors. My room had a black key tag, and I was told to look for the black one. Why not simply use numbers or letters, as most people do?
The ceiling light fixture had no cover and looked unpleasant. There was also a ceiling stain about 15 inches across.
At bedtime, I turned off the overhead light and the AC went off because it was plugged into an outlet controlled by that switch. All three outlets were controlled by the switch. So, no AC at night.
When I got into bed, I found the flat sheet folded underneath the comforter. The bed hadn’t been made properly, the sheets had dust bunnies, and the top sheet had a hole. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I discovered it had been placed upside down, with the very rough bottom on top and the comfortable surface underneath. I removed the sheets, flipped the mattress, and put them back on. The window was left slightly open to accommodate the AC hose, leaving a gap that could have allowed insects into the room.
The next morning, the AC would not come on and displayed an error message. The property owner had messaged asking if everything was okay. I replied that the AC wasn’t working. They asked me to send a picture. I was out sightseeing by then, so I replied that they should check it themselves. The response was, “Yes please.” I ignored that strange response.
I checked out that evening and told the owner that, despite my reporting the problem, the AC was still not working. I said I was unhappy. The response was: “We kindly requested that you share pictures with us to help us better understand the issue.” Overall, this was a disappointing experience, with multiple basic problems that should have been addressed before my arrival.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. At least your hotel door will lock...
no breakfast, rude and unprofessional staff. I liked the window in my room I guess, but that's pretty much the only positive I have regarding my experience
The staff was super rude and unprofessional. Threatened to throw my items in the garbage but somehow conveniently unresponsive when I raised concerns about the broken door lock, no functioning AC and the room was dirty upon arrival.

The location is good and there’s beach nearby
The room is smaller than the picture. It is super hot. The ac can’t work without the light being on. There’s flies every where specially the bathroom. The room def got roach and a bit flies but if you keep the door close you will be fine. There’s 2 other rooms. The address on the website is not it. There’s 2 other address one for the key that’s in a lock box tie to a tree (hard to open) and the actual apartment is a minute walking distance next to a restaurant. They are not accommodating and they don’t care about misleading you and they over charge $80 cleaning fee for no actual cleaning UNFAIR WILL DEFINITELY NOT BOOK AGAIN
